Facebooks Ads Dynamic UTM tagging & UTM Builder

Facebook ads allows you to use dynamic tagging to automatically tag variables.  This allows it to tag when an ad/traffic is from Instagram vs. Facebook vs. Audience Network.  It also has options to tag placements such as news feed, stories, or right-hand column ads audiences, and ad content if you want to.

Inside the Ads manager ad builder/editor you can click the UTM builder.  This opens options that allow you to enter the UTM variables that you want or choose one of the dynamic options.

When using this in conjunction with a plan for naming campaigns, ad sets, and ads, you can use one UTM for an all campaigns and get all the data you want in analytics.
