HubSpot uses the term “activity” in a variety of ways that can be confusing.
The assumption is that ”activity” means it is a contact activity.
It is not.
Activity relates to a sales specific activity that the contact owner has recorded:
- Call
- Meeting
- Conversations
For clients: It is important that any interaction with a contact be recorded. In an age of personalization, this data is necessary. We emphasize this in training.
